Reporting & Analytics Specialist

About The Role
Key responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to
- Reporting Strategy & Dashboard Ownership
- Design, develop, and maintain financial/operational reporting frameworks, KPI scorecards, and interactive dashboards (Power BI/Tableau).
- Own the end-to-end delivery of recurring and ad-hoc reports, ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and scalability.
- Establish and enforce reporting standards, data governance, and comprehensive documentation.
- Advanced Analytics & Insight Generation
- Analyze data across ERP systems and finance platforms to identify trends, risks, performance drivers, and root causes of variances.
- Translate complex data sets into actionable business insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Drive the adoption of self-service BI tools, improving stakeholder access to meaningful data.
- Process Optimization & Automation
- Identify and execute opportunities to automate reporting, eliminate manual tasks, and reduce cycle times.
- Support finance transformation projects by providing reporting expertise and implementing data management best practices.
- Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
- Partner with regional finance, Shared Service Centers (SSC), and transformation teams to understand and align reporting with business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor on KPI development, reporting capabilities, and data interpretation.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, BI, Economics, or related fields.
- 4–7 years in finance reporting, business intelligence, analytics, or performance management.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), data modeling, visualization, and SQL, DAX, or Power Query.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Tableau dashboard development.
- Management of financial/operational KPIs, data governance, and quality management.
- Expertise in reporting automation, process optimization, and data management best practices.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
- Strong priority and project management with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Aligning reporting solutions with business objectives, operational priorities, and transformation requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to act as a trusted advisor.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Stable employment based on an employment contract with fixed business hours, Mon–Fri (08:00/09:00 – 16:00/17:00), in a rapidly growing company within the SSC sector.
