Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Major Appliance Service Company . This role requires excellent phone skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently .

📌 Job Responsibilities

• ✔️ Answer customer calls and assist with inquiries & bookings
• ✔️ Schedule and manage appointments using Walkabout Customer Booking Software (training provided)
• ✔️ Provide top-notch customer support and ensure satisfaction
• ✔️ Maintain accurate records and follow up with customers as needed

• ✔️ Basic computer proficiency
• ✔️ Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• ✔️ Reliable, organized, and customer-focused

🕒 Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM (Full-time, WFH setup)
