Stage 1: Paid Training (First 6 Months)

Stage 2: Confirmed Global Educator (After 6 Months)

• Typical Monthly Income: RM 6,000 - RM 8,000+
• Performance-Based Earnings: Your income grows directly with your class load and performance.
• High Earning Potential: Your effective teaching rate scales from RM 100 to RM 200 per hour.
• Hybrid: 1 day On-Site

Stage 3: Advanced Career Tracks

What You'll Bring

• A Bachelor's Degree or higher (any field).

• Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent.

• Fluency in spoken and written Chinese.

• A solid foundation in math (SPM Grade B or higher).

• Able to commit to 6 months of paid, hybrid training in KL.
