About The Role

  • Manage own portfolio, including international key accounts, in autonomy and ensure client engagement through high level of customer service and satisfaction
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the needs and requirements of customers and brokers to prepare bespoke solutions, accurate pricing and quotations.
  • Conduct negotiations, renewals, and amendments with brokers and clients.
  • Identify sales opportunities to grow existing relationships (saturation)
  • Oversee day-to-day account operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution of client requests and transactions.
  • Organize price sheets, signed contract documents for seamless implementation of policies
  • Build strong commercial relationships with brokers to ensure their consistent engagement 
  • Actively participate in and contribute to strategic projects and initiatives
  • Work closely with the back office team dedicated to international key accounts

 

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • You have a minimum 5 years of proven experience in a client-facing roles within the financial service industry. Ideally in credit insurance or factoring.
  • You are an assertive, result driven team player.
  • You have excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills with decision-makers;
  • You have fluent in Dutch and English or French
  • Master’s degree in finance, business administration or economics is preferred
