Operational Excellence Section Head (Process Improvement)

Process Design

• Design and document business processes, SOPs, and workflows using Visio/BPMN.
• Translate business requirements into standardized and scalable process designs.
• Ensure process governance and documentation standards are maintained.

Process Improvement

• Analyze current processes to identify gaps, bottlenecks, waste, and root causes.
• Apply Lean and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance business performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement sustainable improvement initiatives.

Process Optimization

• Optimize process performance through data analysis and KPI monitoring.
• Work with IT and Digital teams to automate and streamline business processes.
• Measure and sustain improvements in productivity, quality, cost, and cycle time.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Excellence, Business Process , Continuous Improvement.
• Strong experience in Process Mapping (Visio/BPMN).
• Proficiency in Excel (Minitab is a plus).
