Shields Health Solutions is redefining patient care through specialty pharmacy. We’re hiring a Pharmacy Liaison —a Specialty Pharmacy Technician who will work onsite in a hospital clinic or hospital office building to support patients with medication adherence and personalized pharmacy services. Hybrid training schedule in Atlanta, GA with the potential for fully remote after training.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with clinic teams to deliver hands-on patient care.
- Process prior authorizations, resolve insurance issues, and support financial assistance.
- Educate patients on pharmacy services and assist with specialty and retail prescriptions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to process improvements.

What You Need
- State-registered (Georgia) Pharmacy Technician ; CPhT preferred
- 5+ years of experience as a pharmacy technician; High School Diploma or GED
- Strong communication, organization, and tech skills
- Empathy, integrity, and a team-first mindset
