Emergency Triage Nurse - Onsite Cebu

T he Emergency Triage Nurse plays a critical role in assessing and managing urgent patient concerns in a fast-paced aesthetics clinic. This nurse provides immediate clinical evaluation, prioritizes care needs, and ensures safe, timely intervention for post-procedure complications, adverse reactions, or unexpected symptoms. Key Responsibilities Rapid Assessment & Triage Evaluate walk-in and call-in patients for urgent post-procedure concerns (e.g., swelling, bleeding, infection, allergic reactions). Prioritize cases based on severity and escalate to physicians or surgeons as needed. Clinical Intervention Administer first aid, wound care, or emergency medications under protocol. Monitor vital signs and document clinical findings accurately. Patient Communication Provide clear, empathetic guidance to patients experiencing distress or uncertainty. Educate patients on post-op expectations vs. warning signs. Coordination & Documentation Liaise with aesthetic providers, surgeons, and front desk for seamless care transitions. Maintain detailed triage logs and incident reports. Support During Procedures Assist with in-clinic urgent treatments (e.g., dissolving fillers, managing hematomas). Prepare emergency kits and ensure readiness of crash cart and supplies. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise At least a PH Registered Nurse (RN)- required. Willing to work onsite in Cebu Minimum 2 years of clinical experience; aesthetics or ER/urgent care background preferred. Previous experience in BPO voice campaigns preferred. Strong communication and critical thinking skills. Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
