Customer Service Representative

This is a full-time on-site role located in  Cairo  for a  Customer Service Specialist . In this role, the Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for delivering  exceptional customer support , addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of  customer satisfaction .

Your  day-to-day responsibilities  will include

🔑  What we’re looking for

• ✅  Fluency in English  is a MUST! (B2/C1 level) 🇬🇧
• ✅ Strong skills in  Customer Service  &  Customer Support  🤝
• ✅ Proven ability to  enhance Customer Satisfaction  &  Customer Experience  💯
• ✅  Problem-solving ,  active listening , &  attention to detail  👂💡
• ✅ Experience in a  customer-facing role  and familiarity with  CRM tools  is a plus! 🖥️
• ✅  Flexibility  with  night & overnight shifts  is essential 🌙
• ✅ Proficiency in  professional phone etiquette  &  communication techniques  is a plus 📞💬
