About The Role
HR Manager (HRBP) in this role get to
-  Maintain and understand the pulse of the site and/or programs.
-   Partner with the with the Business & Functional stakeholders : To establish and execute HR strategies that drive business performance.
- Drive operational excellence in key HR practices : And lead initiatives driving employee engagement, retention, and development. The role also contributes to positive internal branding.
- Analyze and design solutions that address chronic performance challenges.
- Formulate initiatives to improve : Retention, satisfaction and engagement.
- Reward Strategy  - Understands, communicates, and applies reward strategy
- Employee Relations  Applies employee relations and employment practices in order to create a positive, ethical, effective work environment
- Reporting and Analytics  - Produce and deliver standard (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and customized HR   reports.  Deep understanding of HR data, demographics and business KPIs
- Manage Disciplinary, grievance and compliance processes and respective investigations.
- 7+ years of experience in the HR field
- At least 3 years HR Operations experience within the BPO industry
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, business administration, industrial engineering, law, or related fields.
- Self-management skills, proactiveness in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing focuses.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner.
Interested candidates must be willing to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga.
