About The Role

  • Actively seek out and engage potential customers to expand the client base through cold calling and outbound sales activities.
  • Attend to sales enquiries across multiple platforms, including WhatsApp, phone calls, and email.
  • Create customer orders in the admin system and coordinate appointment scheduling via Handyman apps.
  • Prepare and issue quotations based on updates from the operations team.
  • Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed sales.
  • Introduce the company portfolio and promote in-house services to customers.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to address customer enquiries and clarify job scope or quotations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.
  • Work closely with operations to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Customer Service, or Sales Executive role.
  • Candidates with experience in Construction, Handyman Services, Renovation, Facilities Management, Maintenance Services, or related service industries will be preferred.
  • Experience in preparing quotations, coordinating service schedules, and handling customer enquiries is an advantage.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and customer engagement.
  • Willing to learn and possess a positive attitude.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
