Associate Manager - Processing

Job Description Supervise daily printing operations and ensure production targets are achieved as per the schedule.Manage and allocate manpower across printing machines and production activities.Monitor printing quality, color accuracy, registration, and adherence to customer specifications.Coordinate with the Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams for smooth workflow.Ensure proper machine setup, job changeovers, and efficient utilization of printing equipment.Troubleshoot printing-related issues and coordinate with maintenance teams for machine breakdowns.Conduct regular production checks and maintain shift-wise production reports.Ensure availability of required materials, inks, plates, consumables, and accessories before starting production.Train, guide, and motivate printing operators to improve performance and skill levels.Ensure compliance with safety procedures, workplace discipline, and company policies.Monitor wastage and implement measures to reduce material losses.Maintain proper documentation, including production records, downtime reports, and quality check <sheets.Support> continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
