About the Role

As an Associate Creative Designer at Securiti , you will enjoy being part of a proficient, motivated team interacting across business units to capture marketing requirements and translate them to projects designed for social media, events, and more. You will work closely with the design team, helping with ideation, creating artwork, assets, and content for use across multiple internal and social platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, bringing new ideas to the table through research and competitive analysis
• Help develop creative strategies and plans to support and achieve business objectives
• Build brand identity and awareness, support campaign planning and execution
• Develop compelling messaging and content for marketing collateral and social media
• Conceptualize, plan, design, and produce a wide range of creative assets (i.e., company brochures, flyers, banners, pull-ups, social media creatives, etc).
• Ensure all projects align with brand guidelines and meets delivery deadlines
• Coordinate the production process; plan and create assets, communicate production specifications and select appropriate media and format both for internal schedules as well as with vendors
• Design multimedia presentations as required by internal teams

What You’ll Bring

• Preferably a bachelor’s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Communication Arts, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Proficiency with Graphic Designing tools e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (and a little bit of Figma) will be a big plus.
• High quality production finishing skills and knowledge of digital design
• Strong conceptual ability - creative with the ability to be open to suggestion, incorporating input from others to improve project quality, drive towards completion and attain organizational buy-in.
• Ability to change course/direction on projects at a moment’s notice; ability to reprioritize tasks and timelines
• Ability to work well under pressure and sometimes tight production deadlines
• Ability to work independently and to prioritize responsibilities, multi-tasking
• Detail-oriented, with superior communication and organizational skills
• Be enthusiastic about being an ambassador on for the company’s vision through creative design and storytelling

Bonus Skills

• Hands-on experience with AI-driven design and creative tools is a plus
