About the Role

MSS Security is looking for a Full time NV1 cleared Security Officers . In this role you’ll be responsible for maintaining a strong security presence while ensuring the safety of staff, visitors, and facilities. This role suits those who are alert, reliable, and customer service oriented.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor designated areas including parking facilities
• Enforce site procedures, parking rules, and access regulations
• Open/close the facility as per operating schedules
• Respond to incidents and ensure safety protocols are followed
• Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• Current NSW Security Licence
• Certificate II in Security Operations + Current First Aid Certificate
• NV1 (preferred) or Baseline Clearance – or willing to undergo clearance
• Full time availability - 24/7 flexible
• Ability to stay alert, observant, and focused
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
