Sr. Project Manager - R&D

HOYA OPTICAL LABS OF AMERICA, INC. seeks a Project Manager for its US R&D department. The R&D Project Manager supports and leads technical R&D and new product development projects within a regulated medical device environment. This role works closely with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and regulatory teams to drive project execution from concept through product launch.

The Project Manager plays a hands‑on role in planning, coordination, and problem‑solving while ensuring project activities align with development processes and ISO 13485 requirements as the organization advances toward certification.
