About The Role
What You’ll Be Doing
We’re looking for driven sales professionals (B2B, B2C, Account Executive, or Channel Sales) who enjoy building relationships and growing business.
In this role, you’ll be part of a multinational team, supporting recruitment projects and business expansion. You’ll play a key role in connecting top talent with leading international companies, while delivering fast, flexible, and high-quality recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates through various channels (headhunting, job ads, social media, and databases)
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews (phone and in-person)
- Present suitable candidates to clients
- Coordinate and manage the full interview process
- Handle offer discussions and successfully close placements
- Identify and approach potential clients through business development activities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Promote company services and expand client accounts
- Negotiate terms and drive successful business outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute efficiently under pressure
- 1–5 years of B2B sales or relevant commercial experience
- Competitive mindset with a track record of high achievement
- Results-driven with experience working toward targets
- Bachelor’s degree (GPA 3.0+ preferred for entry-level candidates)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Thai and English (additional languages are a plus)
