About The Role

What You’ll Do

You’ll play a key role in supporting both recruitment and day-to-day HR operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process while collaborating closely with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract candidates through multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, internal databases)
  • Conduct interviews at various stages, including initial screening, phone, and in-person/virtual interviews
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer stage
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
  • Present shortlisted candidates and provide insights to internal stakeholders
  • Prepare job offers and support the end-to-end hiring process
  • Handle negotiation of employment terms when required
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and documentation
  • Support additional HR and recruitment-related activities as assigned

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Previous experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities
  • Good command of English
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools such as job boards and social media platforms
