System Analyst

Responsible for evaluating business needs and designing technology-based solutions that improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. This role acts as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into functional specifications and supporting the development, testing, and implementation of automated systems. At the mid-professional level, the analyst independently analyzes business needs and translates them into system requirements. This role designs and documents moderately complex systems, supports implementation and testing, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives. The analyst contributes to process improvements and provides user support and training.
