As an Account Manager, you will engage with senior executives of multinational corporations as well as mid-sized companies in both the private and public sectors 🌍🏒

You will work closely with CEOs, Board members, and management teams to develop and grow strategic client relationships 🀝

Acting as a true product expert, you will be the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with sales, development, and marketing teams πŸŽ€πŸ’‘

🀝 Build and nurture strong relationships with a portfolio of key clients

πŸ” Manage contract renewals and ensure long-term customer retention

πŸ“ˆ Identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to achieve targets

🧠 Act as a consultant on the product, supporting and guiding clients in their use of the solutions

πŸ“Š Monitor KPIs related to business cases and product usage

πŸ‘€ Profile Required

πŸŽ“ Bachelor’s degree (minimum) with at least 5 years of relevant experience

🌍 Fluent Arabic / English bilingual

🧭 Ability to develop long-term strategic plans for customers
