(Mechanical) Fair knowledge of Maintenance management practice Head - Maintenance Assistant Managers/Senior Executive/GL/Shift Incharge Section 2 : Job Purpose (Summarise why this job exists; and how it contributes to the overall mission/objective of the organisation) -Prepare Section Annual safety plan on a weekly basis and submit to management-Review and implementation of Annual safety plan activities as instructed-Ensure Weekly Audit for safety findings and key areas of improvement -Manage maintenance activities and co- ordinate different functions of Maintenance-Ensure new ways to find out alternate source of obsolete items and implement within team -Ensure Section wise Weekly audit to find out the gaps & improvement scope-Review of operation and maintenance plan & procedure to make mistake proofing-Ensure Section wise review of improvement plan & gap analysis against targets-Ensure plan to provide Annual Maintenance Contract of Utility -Ensure preparation of Section manual as per quality system-Review and Ensure actual implementation of system with in section -Prepare ways and plan to find out the area for cost reduction -Review of Inventory norms to minimize the Inventory cost-Review of alternate source of high value spares-Review of study & execution plan for small automation-Conduct Machine wise energy benchmarking and Review of manpower from time to time to analyse cost reducing areas Support to production Project Manpower Development (Mention the Role of the Direct Reports) -Ensure completion of project within the defined framework and deadline -Ensure Feasibility study of new project undertaken -Prepare Project budgeting and outline execution plans -Review of activities as per plan and provide feedback -Undertake training initiatives in order to develop the competency levels for self and team members of department-Ensure Implementation of Performance Management & Deployment Management system.-Ensure promotion of PDCA and Deep analysis study within the organization Section 4: Reporting Relationship (Mention the Role of the Reporting Manager) Functional Reporting Matrix Reporting Head - Maintenance Direct Reports Managers of Managers Managers Individual Contributor Process Engineer Process Incharge -Review and Propose improvement initiatives to enhance available time of machine and reduction in Tact-Ensure weekly review of actual implementation of Red Tag Fuguai-Ensure Weekly audit of equipment to find Red tag Fuguai-Ensure assistance to staff for generating more Kaizens for safety, Quality & Productivity
