About The Role
- Provide technical support and maintenance for BrightSign and Carousel digital signage systems.
- Manage content scheduling, publishing, and updates across signage endpoints.
- Lead or assist in migration projects between signage platforms or hardware upgrades.
- Monitor signage performance and proactively resolve issues to ensure uptime and reliability.
- Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Communications, Facilities) to align signage content with business needs.
- Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for internal knowledge base.
- Train end-users and stakeholders on signage tools and best practices.
- Stay updated on digital signage trends and recommend improvements.
- Proven experience with BrightSign and Carousel digital signage platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital signage networks, media players, and content management systems.
- Experience with signage migration projects, including planning, execution, and post-migration support.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (IP addressing, firewalls, remote access).
