Job Scope We are seeking an experienced Cloud Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of cloud infrastructure. Total /Relevant Experience · 5+ years in similar roles in technical operations. Key Responsibilities Your responsibilities in this role will be centered around the following: · 24x7 Cloud monitoring and support. · Administer and maintain cloud infrastructure, including deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting. · Ensure high availability and performance of virtualized environments, including monitoring and optimizing resource utilization. · Configure and manage network and storage resources, including VLANs, IP addresses, and storage volumes. · Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including performance problems, errors, and system crashes. · Develop and maintain documentation of infrastructure, including configuration, troubleshooting, and best practices. Must-have skill · Strong understanding of virtualisation platforms like VMware, KVM and Cloud Stack, · Experience with Linux operating systems, including Ubuntu, CentOS, and RHEL. · Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP. · Experience with storage technologies, including SAN, NAS, and object storage. · Excellent communication and collaboration skills. · Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. · Must be willing to work in shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays). Good-to-Have Skills NA Qualifications Criteria · Bachelor's degree in computer science or graduation or equivalent.
