About The Role
- We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Customer Success Manager to join our growing team.

- You will play a key role in managing client’s needs while contributing to the company’s overall growth targets.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor
- Ensure a smooth transition from Business Development to AdOps for a successful onboarding process;
- Help set clear expectations internally and with the partner around performance, timelines, and deliverables
- Monitor and analyze client performance and trends across daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly timeframes to identify missed and growth opportunities
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews, understanding partner goals and unlocking opportunities for up-sell/cross-sell
- Proactively address challenges and recommend solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams (Business Development, Technical Team and AdOps) around client strategy from pre-sale, to onboarding and post launch lifecycle stages.
- Be the voice of the customer internally, communicating their feedback and goals
- Stay informed on industry trends and new opportunities in the digital advertising space (especially in programmatic - OpenRTB, VAST and compliance regulations)
