About The Role

Position: Admin / Customer Service

Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST)

Full-Time, Remote Work.

Salary: South African Rand (ZAR)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by managing inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform general administrative duties including scheduling, data entry, and document management.
  • Maintain organized records and files to ensure efficient operations.
  • Coordinate communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth workflows.
  • Assist with resolving customer issues and escalating them when necessary.
  • Support daily operational tasks to improve process efficiency and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in administrative and customer service roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and common office tools.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
