About The Role

Type: Full-Time, Work From Home

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage the full recruitment cycle, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, networking, and job boards, to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Provide hiring managers with relevant market insights and candidates’ profiles to aid in decision-making.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of Recruitment Experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and team members effectively.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and candidate engagement.
