About The Role

Type: Full-Time, Work From Home

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - South African hours!

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to attract qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and create job descriptions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job data within the applicant tracking system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal teams to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
  • Continuously improve recruitment strategies based on market trends and recruitment metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in remote or international hiring environments.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to recruitment challenges.
