About The Role

Position: Scheduling Administrator

Work Type: Full-Time, Remote (US Hours 9am-5pm EST)

Pay: South African Rand (ZAR)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Administrator to coordinate schedules, manage appointments, and ensure efficient service delivery. The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and maintain staff and client schedules.
  • Manage schedule changes, cancellations, and rescheduling requests.
  • Communicate with clients, staff, and internal teams regarding scheduling updates.
  • Maintain accurate records and update scheduling systems and databases.
  • Monitor schedule coverage and proactively resolve conflicts or gaps.
  • Provide administrative support and assist with operational tasks as needed.

  • Previous scheduling, administrative, or coordination experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software/CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
