About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to support business growth by generating new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting environmental and sustainability-focused solutions. This role involves identifying customer needs, managing the sales cycle, and achieving revenue targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets and industries.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
  • Present products and solutions to prospective clients and key decision-makers.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and support.
  • Develop long-term partnerships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Sales Process & Deal Closure

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and commercial agreements.
  • Follow up on inquiries and opportunities to maximize conversion rates.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
  • Identify emerging business opportunities and industry developments.
  • Provide market feedback and sales insights to management.
  • Support the development of sales and marketing strategies.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with technical, operations, and project teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to address client requirements efficiently.
  • Support marketing initiatives, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Reporting & CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
  • Track performance against targets and identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
  • Experience in environmental services, sustainability solutions, waste management, or related industries is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop client relationships.
