About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to support business growth by generating new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting environmental and sustainability-focused solutions. This role involves identifying customer needs, managing the sales cycle, and achieving revenue targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets and industries.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
- Present products and solutions to prospective clients and key decision-makers.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and support.
- Develop long-term partnerships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Sales Process & Deal Closure
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and commercial agreements.
- Follow up on inquiries and opportunities to maximize conversion rates.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Identify emerging business opportunities and industry developments.
- Provide market feedback and sales insights to management.
- Support the development of sales and marketing strategies.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with technical, operations, and project teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Coordinate with internal departments to address client requirements efficiently.
- Support marketing initiatives, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Reporting & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
- Track performance against targets and identify improvement opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
- Experience in environmental services, sustainability solutions, waste management, or related industries is an advantage.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop client relationships.
