Senior Analyst / Associate Leveraged Finance (w/m/d)

Join Crédit Agricole CIB, a leading international debt provider. As a Senior Analyst / Associate in the German Corporate and Leveraged Finance Department, you will be involved in the origination and execution of new Leveraged Buy Out deals, financial modeling, marketing activities, and credit management. You should have a graduate degree in business administration, economics, finance, or accounting, with 2-3 years of relevant experience in leveraged, acquisition, or corporate financing. Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills are essential, along with fluency in German and English.

• Origination and execution of new Leveraged Buy Out deals for top international Private Equity clients as well as financings for corporate clients.
• Preparation of financial models, including cash flow analysis & financial projections, and execution of marketing activities.
• Execution of financing transactions, including support in structuring and legal documentation as well as in distribution/syndication and closings.
