Investment Banking Associate / Vice President M&A (f/m/d)

Join our Global Investment Banking division as an Investment Banking Associate / Vice President M&A. In this role, you will support the execution of live transactions, prepare marketing documents and financial models, and lead company analysis and advanced financial analysis. You will also interact with clients and organize due diligence processes. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of relevant investment banking experience, a qualifying academic degree in Finance, and fluency in English and German.

• Support execution of live transactions of mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets.
• Spearhead preparation of marketing documents and financial models, and lead preparation and organization of due diligence processes.
• Client interaction and development of company analysis and advanced financial analysis.
