• Support senior team members in originating and executing bilateral, syndicated, and event-driven financings for large-cap corporate and private equity clients.
• Analyze companies' business models, capital structures, and financial policies, and produce comprehensive financing pitch books.
• Prepare financial models, including cash flow analysis and financial projections, and draft business opportunity memoranda to be submitted to General Management.
