About The Role
Join our team as the Director of Cloud GTM Strategy, where you will play a critical role in driving the global execution and growth of our Agentforce market adoption playbooks. In this high-visibility position, you will act as a force multiplier for the Cloud business unit, combining disciplined program management with executive-level operational stewardship. You will be responsible for establishing a rigorous PMO governance framework, orchestrating the operational cadence for Agentforce, and ensuring cross-functional accountability. Additionally, you will synthesize program status and performance metrics into executive-level communications and reports.
- Act as the operational right-hand to the Cloud COO leadership team, helping shape leadership agendas and driving follow-through to ensure corporate alignment.
- Establish, scale, and lead a rigorous PMO governance framework for the Agentforce global GTM rollout, defining program workstreams and tracking milestones.
- Own the end-to-end orchestration of the operational cadence for Agentforce, including Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and leadership staff meetings.
- Project Management Mastery: Proven track record of managing massive, multi-faceted, matrixed corporate programs from initiation through global launch. Expert-level capability in establishing governance, defining KPIs, and using tracking methodologies to deliver programs on time
- Operational Execution: A pragmatic focus on execution mechanics—knowing how to break down complex goals into workstreams, assign clear ownership, and build repeatable, structured processes
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Program Management, PMO Leadership, Business Operations, or an operational business partner role within a high-growth SaaS or technology environment
- Executive Presence: Outstanding leadership presence with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics, challenge leadership assumptions constructively, and corral cross-functional teams toward shared operational goals without direct authority
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
- Communication Artistry: Exceptional verbal and written storytelling skills, with a native ability to turn messy status updates into clear, concise, and structured executive dashboards and presentations
- Strong familiarity with the Salesforce platform ecosystem (Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and a functional understanding of how Agentforce integrates across the platform
- Prior experience directly supporting a business unit COO, General Manager, or C-suite executive in an operational management or chief-of-staff-style capacity
- Formal certifications in project management or change management frameworks (e.g., PMP, PgMP, Agile, Prosci)
