Senior Data Scientist (Recommender Systems & VLMs)

• Develop and improve recommendation systems and vision language models, design and evaluate experiments.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to shape the future of the platform.
• Work on high-impact initiatives, influence strategic decisions, and help drive innovation across products.
• We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist who is passionate about applying machine learning, experimentation, and analytics to solve complex product challenges
• Strong proficiency in Python (experience with PySpark is a plus)
• 3-5 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Product Analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of building and deploying machine learning models, ideally recommendation systems and vision language models
• Experience with cloud and data technologies, such as AWS, DBT, Airflow, Databricks, and ETL pipelines
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders
• Degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline
