Delivery Executive

Join Zafin, a leading provider of banking software solutions, as a Delivery Executive. In this role, you will drive delivery excellence across teams, act as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders, and champion the customer experience. You will lead cross-functional teams in the end-to-end delivery of complex programs, ensure program objectives and timelines are met, and serve as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders. Additionally, you will promote continuous improvement in planning, communication, and execution, and foster a culture of accountability and shared success.

• Driving delivery excellence across teams by fostering a hands-on, solution-oriented culture and acting as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders.
• Championing the customer experience by anticipating challenges, resolving issues proactively, and ensuring smooth execution through all phases of delivery.
• Leading cross-functional teams in end-to-end delivery of complex programs, facilitating collaborative working sessions to co-create solutions, and ensuring program objectives are met.
• Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Minimum of 10 years in banking or financial services with a focus on corporate and institutional clients
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations, compliance requirements, and quality standards
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals
• Hands-on experience in implementing enterprise-level banking software solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of business concepts and issues, preferably in banking, core banking, core modernization, pricing & billing, in retail and/or corporate and commercial banking
