About The Role
Join our team as a Senior Engineer (Product) where you will drive large-scale projects, deliver impactful features, and maintain high engineering standards. You will collaborate across teams, mentor junior engineers, and continuously improve our codebases while fostering a culture of technical excellence. Your expertise in modern software development and Agile practices will shape how we build, scale, and innovate, directly influencing product velocity and engineering culture.
- Scope, plan, and lead delivery of large-scale features and roadmap initiatives, clarifying and refining requirements across stakeholders.
- Lead technical problem-solving for complex, cross-team challenges and production issues, continuously improving the codebase.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers through coaching, pairing, and feedback, championing engineering best practices.
- 7–10 years of progressive software engineering experience (leadership required)
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) and project delivery
- Experience with both frontend and backend technologies (polyglot mindset preferred)
- A passion for mentoring and a commitment to fostering a culture of excellence
- Strategic problem-solving ability with adaptability in fast-changing environments
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for all audiences
- Strong track record of scoping, delivering, and evolving large-scale features
- In-depth knowledge of modern software development practices and architectures
