Marketing Producer/Project Manager

You'll be responsible for the production and coordination of marketing assets, acting as a bridge between marketing and game development, and helping to improve workflows and collaboration. • Coordination and production of marketing assets, including trailers, user acquisition creatives, app store content, and community-facing materials.
• Acting as a bridge between marketing and game development, working closely with both parts of the team to coordinate upcoming releases, campaign needs, game builds, and asset production.
• Improving production workflows, introducing new tools or automations, improving feedback processes, or creating structures that make collaboration easier and more effective.
• You understand how creative production works and are comfortable coordinating projects involving trailers, marketing assets, visual content, or similar deliverables. You don't need to be an artist yourself, but you know how to communicate effectively with creative teams and understand the processes behind their work
• You have experience working in a production, project management, or coordination role within game development, mobile apps, digital products, or an agency environment
• You enjoy improving processes, spotting potential issues before they become problems, and helping teams work more effectively together. An interest in games is a must have, and an interest in Warhammer is a big plus
• You're highly organised and enjoy bringing structure to complex projects with many stakeholders. You are proactive, communicate clearly, and naturally create alignment between people with different priorities and perspectives
