Product Strategy & Ownership: Own the end-to-end product strategy from discovery through delivery—defining customer value, success metrics, and investment direction.

AI-Enabled Product Leadership: Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to accelerate discovery, research synthesis, prototyping, experimentation, and decision-making—while identifying opportunities to embed AI into the product experience where relevant.

Rapid Prototyping & Product Craft: Demonstrate strong product and UX judgment by shaping solution concepts early through prototypes, flows, and iterative exploration before heavy engineering investment.

Experimentation & Learning: Use experimentation, analytics, customer feedback, and market signals to validate assumptions, reduce risk, and optimize product outcomes.

User, Business & Technical Balance: Act as the bridge between user needs, business priorities, and technical realities—ensuring solutions are valuable, viable, feasible, and scalable.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with Design, Engineering, Data, GTM, and operational teams to align on problem framing, solution direction, feasibility, and execution quality.

Roadmap Evolution: Continuously evolve roadmap priorities based on learnings, customer signals, business performance, and market shifts.

Strategic Opportunity Discovery: Explore adjacent opportunities, emerging technologies, and longer-term bets that can shape future product direction.

Insight-Driven Decision Making: Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into clear recommendations, product strategy, and investment choices.

Execution Excellence: Drive execution readiness through clear product requirements, rollout planning, experimentation strategy, and aligned delivery against intended outcomes.

Go-to-Market & Optimization: Partner with GTM teams on launch readiness, adoption, performance tracking, and iterative product improvement post-launch.

Strategic Influence: Serve as a trusted partner to leadership, influencing product direction, prioritization, and investment decisions.

6+ years of product management experience , with a proven track record of driving large-scale, complex digital product initiatives through their entire lifecycle.

Strategic ownership & leadership influence: Deep experience defining long-term product strategy, translating business vision into high-impact roadmaps, and serving as a trusted partner to executive leadership on investment choices.

-

Proven outcome-driven impact: A historical track record of moving lagging business metrics (growth, retention, efficiency) and delivering deep user value, with total accountability for outcomes over outputs.

Mastery of product discovery & craft: Exceptional ability to lead deep customer research, synthesize complex qualitative and quantitative data sets, and use rapid prototyping or experimentation to radically de-risk investments.

Advanced AI fluency: High proficiency using modern AI tools to accelerate strategic discovery and decision-making, coupled with the product vision to identify opportunities to embed emerging tech into the product experience.

Cross-functional & stakeholder leadership: Strong communication skills with a track record of driving absolute alignment across diverse Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM teams through major rollouts.

Navigating high ambiguity: Exceptional comfort level leading teams through fluid environments, making critical prioritization trade-offs with imperfect data, and turning market signals into long-term product opportunities.
