Floor Supervisor - Qatar

We are hiring experienced Floor Supervisor for a reputed restaurant group in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant floor operations and ensure smooth service flow
• Monitor waiters, hosts, and service staff during operations
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Handle guest concerns and escalate issues when required
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely service
• Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and restaurant presentation
• Monitor staff grooming, discipline, and attendance
• Assist in staff training and onboarding
• Support reservation handling and guest seating arrangements
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company SOPs
• Assist management in achieving operational and service goals
• Prepare shift handover and daily operational updates if required
