⭐ Role Overview

As the People Business Partner, you will enable Lodgify's next phase of growth through building the high-impact people infrastructure - from data-driven performance ecosystem to unified talent lifecycles - that allows our managers and leaders to execute with excellence. Collaborate with our commercial teams to operate sustainably while maximising employee potential and engagement.

⭐ How will you make an impact?

  • Strategic Change & Advisory: You will partner directly with Commercia l leadership to align business objectives with the structural evolution required for Lodgify’s next chapter. As a change agent, you will guide teams through these transitions, mitigating risks while ensuring the successful adoption of high-impact, people-centric practices.
  • Performance Ecosystem: You will build a proactive, data-driven framework that unifies performance insights and empowers managers to stay on top of performance challenges.
  • Manager Enablement: You will act as a strategic coach and own our internal Manager Academy training program, providing managers and leadership with the specific frameworks and tools needed to drive daily team performance.
  • Process Automation: You will identify and streamline fragmented systems and low-value tasks to refocus organizational energy on high-value outcomes.
