Senior Product Engineer (Insider)

• Posséder des services critiques dans notre backend basé sur Kotlin qui alimentent notre programme d'adhésion Insider.
• Collaborer de manière transversale avec les équipes de Data Science, Produit et Design pour prototyper, évaluer et mettre en production des améliorations.
• Mesurer et itérer sur la performance du programme en utilisant l'expérimentation et l'analyse, en augmentant le nombre d'Insiders actifs.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent industry experience
• Technologies We Use and Teach:
• Data Fluency: Experience integrating with ML-driven decision systems, experimentation frameworks, or real-time data pipelines
• Mindset: Curiosity and a drive to understand complex market dynamics; passion for applying data and algorithms to real-world business problems
• Kotlin, Java, Python
• Technical Depth: Proficiency in Kotlin, Java, or similar object-oriented languages; comfort with distributed systems, service design, and performance optimization
• Experience: 5+ years in backend systems, with marketplace a nice to have
• JUnit, Hibernate, Guice, Jersey
• HTTP, JSON, Protocol Buffers
• Collaboration: Strong communication skills and a track record of partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, from DS to PM, to deliver complex systems
