Staff Product Manager (Strategic Partnerships)

About The Role
Join CookUnity, a fast-growing food tech startup, as a Staff Product Manager for Strategic Partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling CookUnity's most important external relationships, including health and wellness brands, connected health platforms, and fitness apps. You will own the go-to-market strategy for each partnership, manage partner relationships, and drive product development and integration. - Comfort operating in ambiguity and bringing structure to early-stage, fast-moving partnership models
- 7+ years of product management experience, with meaningful exposure to partner integrations, platform products, or marketplace environments
- Ability to leverage generative AI to increase output quality and speed
- Excellent cross-functional skills: you can align engineering, design, ops, and external partners around shared outcomes without having direct authority over any of them
- Experience translating external partnership or BD agreements into product requirements and shipped product
- Strong analytical instincts — comfortable defining metrics, running experiments, and using data to prioritize
- GTM chops: you’ve launched partnerships or products and can own the strategy from commercial agreement to live activation
- Proven experience owning external partner relationships — you’ve been the primary point of contact for a strategic partner and know how to manage expectations, run business reviews, and resolve escalations
- Strong written and verbal communication — you’ll regularly interface with both external stakeholders and internal leadership
- Background with API product management, integration platforms, or developer-facing products
- Experience in health and wellness, insurance benefits, employer perks, or adjacent spaces
