Creator Marketing Manager (German-speaking)

Join Whatnot, the largest livestream shopping platform in North America and Europe. As a Creator Marketing Associate, you will source, sign, brief, and manage creators across Europe to produce high-performing short-form video content for paid social. You will work closely with Performance Marketers, Creative Producers, and Category Marketers to understand what’s working and improve the system. This is a remote position, but candidates must live within commuting distance of either our London, UK, or Berlin, Germany hubs.

• Aufbau und Verwaltung eines skalierbaren EU-Creator-Pools für bezahlte Performance-Kreativität.
• Sourcing und Unterzeichnung von Creators in priorisierten Märkten und Kategorien, von kleinen UGC-Creators bis hin zu größeren Influencern.
• Verantwortung für die gesamte Creator-Akquise, einschließlich Verhandlungen über Honorare, Nutzungsrechte, Lieferungen und Zeitpläne.
