Senior/Staff Software Engineer (Product & Systems)

• Collaborer avec les leaders produits pour définir des initiatives stratégiques, identifier des problèmes critiques pour les clients et traduire les exigences en exécution technique.

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in both front-end and back-end technologies
• Clear communicator, capable of articulating technical decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong fundamentals in software engineering, with a degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent industry experience)
• Thrives in ambiguity, able to independently scope, plan, and lead projects while delivering results in a fast-moving environment
• Passionate about building products customers love, ensuring our CRM is intuitive, intelligent, and indispensable
• Experience building large-scale, high-performance, and mission-critical systems that support complex customer workflows and large-scale data processing
• Proven ability to design, architect, and scale distributed systems in production environments
• You’re excited about Large Language Models (LLMs) and the opportunity to build systems that support and leverage them
• You have the ability to ramp quickly on tech stack that features TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Apollo GraphQL, and PostgreSQL
