Senior System Integration Engineer (d/f/m)

As a Senior System Integration Engineer, you will own the health, evolution, and integration of our connected ecosystem of platforms, acting as the technical backbone for our Support & Customer Experience Ops team. This hands-on role requires experience in systems administration, integrations, or solutions engineering, with a focus on Zendesk administration, frontend development, and integration automation.

• Own and evolve custom code solutions, maintain and extend Zendesk sidebar apps and the Voyager platform.
• Administer and set the standard for the Zendesk instance, create, update, and maintain ticket forms, fields, triggers, automations, views, and routing logic.
• Build and maintain integration automations, own key recipes/workflows that power the Support Hub, connecting Zendesk and Salesforce.
