Senior Analyst — People & Workforce Intelligence (PWI) (d/f/m)

Join Personio, a leading HR technology company, as a Senior Analyst in People & Workforce Intelligence. In this role, you will build and own data foundations, deliver structured analysis, and partner with stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with People leadership and PBPs to connect data sources and enable self-serve analytics. This position requires 2 days per week in the office and is based in Munich, Berlin, or Dublin.

• Build and own dbt models end-to-end for the PWI domain, covering HRIS, headcount, absence, attendance, and adjacent people data sources.
• Deliver structured analysis on headcount, attrition, absence and attendance, org design, manager effectiveness, and compensation for PBPs and PWI leadership.
• Act as the embedded analytical partner for the PWI function — showing up proactively, anticipating needs, and flagging risks before they escalate.
