Manager, Account Executives, Mid Market, DACH (d/f/m)

Join Personio, a leading HR technology company, as a Manager of Account Executives for the Mid-Market segment in the DACH region. In this role, you will lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives, achieve sales targets, and drive the execution of go-to-market strategies. You should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B new customer acquisition, with at least 5 years in people management. Fluency in German and English is required.
