Senior Employee Relations Partner (d/f/m)

Join Personio, an intelligent HR platform that helps small and medium-sized organizations streamline their HR processes. As a Senior Employee Relations Partner, you will be responsible for building and scaling a new Employee Relations discipline within the company. You will lead complex cases, optimize service delivery processes, and enable managers to handle issues proactively. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a People or HR function, with a focus on Employee Relations across multiple European jurisdictions.

• Act as the primary point of contact for ER case management, partnering with People Business Partners to support and coach managers across the employee lifecycle.
• Audit and rebuild ER workflows (disciplinary, grievance, performance) to be simpler, consistent, legally sound, and scalable - using data to identify patterns, root causes, and opportunities for earlier intervention.
• Enable managers to handle issues early, confidently, and fairly by building practical training and resources focused on real scenarios (performance, absence, conflict).
