• Tackling complex internal products and tools end-to-end, making architecture calls, and establishing production-grade standards.
• Defining what "done" means for internal products, owning critical systems over their full lifetime, and ensuring quality and reliability.
• Setting the technical direction for the Internal AI engineering team, defining standards, reviewing architecture decisions, and actively developing other engineers.
