Senior Product Manager (Core App)

Join our Rider team as a Senior Product Manager (Core App). In this critical role, you will own and continuously improve key parts of the rider journey, identify friction points and unmet needs, and drive improvements in conversion, engagement, retention, and overall customer satisfaction. You will build strong partnerships with various teams, align stakeholders around clear goals and success metrics, and communicate vision, progress, and trade-offs effectively. • End to end ownership and continuous improvement of key parts of the rider journey, identifying friction points and unmet needs.
• Driving improvements in conversion, engagement, retention, and overall customer satisfaction through data-driven decision-making.
• Building strong partnerships with engineering, design, data, marketing, operations, and other teams to align stakeholders around clear goals.
• A strategic and analytical mindset, demonstrating a commitment to deeply understanding competitor actions and critically evaluating the Why and their relevance before adopting any approach
• English Fluent
• A passion for creating simple, user-friendly, and highly effective products
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate user problems, data evidence, target audience and suggested solutions
• Strong, proven experience with discovery and delivery. Proficient experience using quantitative and qualitative data to inform and drive product decisions
• High agency: Proactive, end-to-end ownership, energetic, solution oriented with bias toward action
• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager, within a fast-paced environment on a multi million customer facing product such as mobility, food delivery etc
• Experience with Tableau, Mixpanel, or similar analytics tools
