Mid/Senior QA Engineer

Join as a Mid/Senior QA Engineer and be an advocate for quality from the start of the development process. Collaborate closely with all functions to shape testing strategies, ensure robust test coverage, and embed quality into our development process. You will become an expert in the product, set the test strategy, and determine which test scenarios should be included in our suite of end-to-end automated tests. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior Quality Engineers and contribute to our mentorship programs. - Collaborate closely with all functions to shape testing strategies, ask the right questions early, and ensure robust test coverage. - Embed quality into the development process, championing best practices, improving test automation, and ensuring continuous delivery of great software. - Set the test strategy, engage critically with all functions from the outset of each feature, and ensure design and behavioral consistency between features. - 3-6+ years of experience delivering quality web applications with test automation, including REST APIs/GraphQL - Active interest in testing security and infrastructure would be a great plus - Ability to architect a strong Test Strategy - Ability to communicate effectively and clearly in English, and precisely describe complex interactions - Strong track record in advocating for quality at all levels of development process
