Revenue Operations Analyst Working Student

Join our team as a Revenue Operations Analyst Working Student! In this role, you will support and enhance our operations activities and processes, working closely with various teams including finance, legal, marketing, business operations, and sales. You will be responsible for order processing, data quality management, and optimizing reports and dashboards in our CRM. This is a great opportunity for students studying Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, System Administration, Sales and Marketing, or Data Science.

• Support and enhance operations activities and processes, including order processing and data quality management.
• Organize data and work closely with finance, legal, marketing, business operations, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify gaps in existing processes and propose new ideas to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Independent self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit: you take full responsibility for your tasks and make suggestions to improve processes
• Prior knowledge of HubSpot would be preferable
• Computer skills: Very good MS Office skills, especially MS Excel, reporting/analytical skills. We encourage the use of AI!
• Strong analytical mindset
• Student at a university or university of applied sciences with preferred field of study in Business Administration, Business Informatics Computer science, System administration, Sales and Marketing or Data Science. But the most important factors will be your mindset, ability to learn and a willingness to be a go-to person for support and data quality
• Soft skills: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, striving to follow through & completion
• Language skills: Fluent in English - both written and spoken
